Jill Kindler is a partner in the firm’s Baton Rouge office and focuses her practice on valuation services, litigation support, and trust and estate tax matters. She currently serves as the leader of the firm’s Business Valuation practice. She performs business valuations for transactions, disputes, estate and gift matters, succession and exit planning, and general tax planning. Jill regularly advises clients on gift, estate, wealth transfer, and business succession planning. In addition, Jill prepares estate, trust, and gift tax returns. Jill also supplies financial support in complex litigation and disputes involving economic damages, fraud, and marital dissolutions.
