Jay Montalbano serves as managing partner of the firm. As managing partner, Jay oversees all business, financial and operational aspects of the firm’s offices in Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Hammond, New Orleans, and Alexandria. Jay also concentrates on accounting, assurance, consulting, and growth needs of companies in the construction industry. Through active participation in trade associations and dedication to the industry, combined with leadership and construction expertise, Jay has developed a deep understanding of industry complexities and trends that give our clients a competitive edge.
