Ashley Wellons is a director in the firm’s Baton Rouge office and oversees audit + assurance operations. She leads initiatives focused on technology, scheduling, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and support the delivery of quality client service. Ashley also helps guide the firm’s strategic growth through her involvement in client experience, practice development, community engagement, and employee recruitment and retention efforts.
