HTB’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) was organized in 2018 with a mission to focus on retention and engagement of the women of HTB by:

• Providing support in achieving both professional success and personal fulfillment
• Promoting community involvement among the group
• Assisting in the development of individual networks and opportunities
• Enhancing confidence in the women of the Firm through support and guidance of growth opportunities and career paths at HTB
