Gregory H. Brenan II

Greg Brenan is an audit partner in the New Orleans office of HTB. Greg provides assurance and business consulting services to a broad range of clients. He focuses on working with financial institutions and companies of all sizes in the construction industry. Through his membership and participation in the construction trade association, he has developed a deep understanding of the trends and issues of the industry. He has extensive experience in specialized audits including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, SEC filings, audits of employee benefit plans and American Land Title Association “ALTA” best practice certification.
