Supporting Louisiana’s Future
For over 100 years, HTB has succeeded thanks to the support of our Louisiana communities. To honor this century of service and commitment throughout the state, The 1924 Fund was established, endowed at the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, to support community development opportunities. The fund focuses on strengthening educational pursuits, cultural enrichment, and family wellness initiatives. Through targeted distributions, the fund directly supports local nonprofits in the communities where we live and work.
2026 Grant Applications
2026 Grant Applications are now open from August 19 – September 30, 2026. We encourage all eligible 501(c)(3) organizations serving Greater Baton Rouge, Central Louisiana, the Northshore, and Greater New Orleans to apply.
If your nonprofit organization aligns with the fund’s focus areas of education, culture, and/or family wellness, we invite you to be considered for support from The 1924 Fund.
