Ronald L. Gagnet

Ronald Gagnet is a partner with HTB and has been for more than 30 years. He founded and serves as the leader of the firm’s Litigation Advisory department. He focuses his practice on litigation support, fraud and forensic accounting, shareholder disputes, and damage calculations. Ronnie has extensive experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, business damages claims, class action lawsuits, and preparation of expert reports. He provides business valuation services for various purposes, such as gifting, mergers and acquisitions, and marital dissolutions. He also assists clients with generation transitioning plans and strategies.
