Bourgeois, LLP (“HTB”), Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors located in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Denham Springs and Hammond, announced the merger of Daenen Henderson & Company, CPAs (DHC) of Alexandria, Louisiana. DHC’s eleven team members, including four partners will join HTB, allowing the firm to expand its accounting, tax, assurance, and consulting practices throughout central Louisiana. In addition, existing DHC clients now have access to HTB’s full breadth of capabilities to help their clients achieve their business and individual financial goals.
