Claire Harrell serves as a director and the chief operating officer of the firm. She is responsible for the day-to-day firm operations and works closely with the Managing Partner to formulate management goals and implement strategic plan items for HTB. She oversees the operations department, including HR, IT, Marketing, and Accounting, and manages the administrative and various aspects of firm growth initiatives. Claire helps lead the strategic vision of the firm and is instrumental in driving growth and innovation.
