Brad Tate is a senior manager in our New Orleans office serving closely held businesses and their owners across a wide range of industries, including community banking, construction, retail, real estate, and professional services. Brad’s work with our clients includes tax-efficient planning for business capital transactions and family wealth transfers, as well as representation before federal and state taxing authorities.
